No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.

Size Selection & Exchange Option

We do not offer free exchanges for incorrect size choices. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer, and the new size will only be dispatched after we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Defective or Damaged Items & Missing Components

If you receive a damaged item or an order with missing components, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a parcel opening video as proof. This video must be taken in one continuous shot from the moment you open the package, clearly showing the issue. Without a parcel opening video, we will not be able to process your request.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • If verified, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a parcel opening video as proof. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Any advance or partial payment made to confirm an order is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the courier partner and delivery location. Express delivery is subject to confirmation and availability and is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by our team.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, refused, or refunded under any circumstances, including delays caused by the courier partner.

Color Accuracy

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases made from Pearloze are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
